Welcome back to Cheapskate Kids! With the Easter break just around the corner (and spring almost showing up 🌸), London’s museums, libraries and cultural spaces are putting on loads of brilliant, free family-friendly events to keep little ones entertained over the next couple of weeks.

At this drop-in event, little ones (aged 4+) can “enjoy being a clay sculptor” & create their own mythic creature inspired by the mysterious monsters of the Soane Museum.

🎮 London Games Festival, the UK’s biggest celebration of video games & interactive entertainment, returns next month. On Mon 13th, the festival is taking over Trafalgar Square for a free event that will be great for young gamers!
🍿 Scrumdiddlyumptious screenings of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (the Gene Wilder version) are taking place at The Garden Cinema over the Easter bank holiday weekend. Tickets are pay-what-you-can & there’s a free activity for kids following the Sunday showing.
